Do you have a car park?
Yes. Car parking is FREE to guests of The Newbury Hotel. Guests can park one car per room (unfortunately we are unable to accommodate 4x4s and camper vans etc.) .
How central is your hotel?
Very. The Newbury Hotel has an excellent location, being a minutes walk to
the beautiful sandy beach and a 5 minute walk into town with its many bars, clubs,
restaurants and theatres. The Bournemouth International Centre is a 2 minute walk from the hotel.
Do you allow smoking?
Sorry, no. The Newbury Hotel is a non-smoking hotel.
What time is check- in and check-out?
Check-in is from 2:00pm until 10:00pm(unless by prior arrangement) If your arrival is before 2:00pm, please do let us know in advance and we will
arrange to have your room ready. We will always be able to accommodate you by storing your luggage
until your room is ready.
Check-out is at 10:00am. If you require a later check-out, we will try to arrange to have your room
cleaned last and we are happy to look after your luggage.
Do you provide Internet access?
Yes. We offer FREE unlimited wireless high speed internet access in all rooms.
Do you accept group bookings?
We do not as a general rule accept group bookings. We do not accept stag nights, hen nights or same sex groups. We will consider groups of couples or a group of genuine holiday makers, however we have to consider the comfort of our other guests at all times.
Can you accommodate disabled guests?
Regretfully as we are a small establishment we are unable to provide facilities for any disabled guests (this includes the morbidly obese).
Do you allow children?
The hotel is more suited to adults and older children. If you would
like to bring a younger child(ren) with you, please do contact us and we
will do our very best to accommodate you.
Do you serve evening meals?
We don’t need to as we are lucky to be surrounded by a variety of excellent restaurants
to suit every taste and budget.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash and all forms of major debit / credit cards (except American Express). Settlement of account is requested on arrival if paying by card and a surcharge of 5% will apply.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes. Once booked a room will be allocated to the guest. If the guest then decides to cancel the credit card details provided at the time of booking will be used to take payment for the first night of the stay (a non returnable deposit in reverse).
